I liked the shading, it really did a good job of emphasizing her curves, and the background looks geed with it as well!
The texturing, too, was rather good, it liked the sky and the grass, you didn't skimp on the small details, something I like in a piece like this!
And now, to the inevitable nitpicks...
The legs, I noticed first off, were a bit long and thin, it seemed to just put me right off the thing. Not all the way, but this was such a good looking piece, I didn't much like seeing this.
The colors were a bit pale, and dull. It was a piece that seemed to be emotionless, is all.
The horn seemed a bit small for the rest of her, it just seemed to be sitting atop her head rather than being a part of it, and it sort of killed the piece for me.
The ears, in contrast, looked a bit thick for her, again, a bit of-putting. Sorry to come off as mean, but this was actually a rather good piece, and it had some clearly defined parts to improve on.
The shading looked a little rough, as in far too defined, with the rings looking a bit mechanical, maybe work on smoothing the edges out next time?
Another problem I had was the eyes, they were a bit too enlarged for her head, nicely detailed, but another thing that could have been fixed.
All in all, I rate this a solid 6.5/10, not terrible, pretty good actually, but it had some clearly defined areas of improvement, I actually did like this!
Emotion on Twily's face + more dynamic background (like rooftops or busy town square) for that pose would be perfect; and the sunset would be much better with something like Fluttershy or some romantic episode, or perhaps Apple family returning home from long trip
Still, a really good artwork, I can only dream to make something like that , keep up the good work ^_^
